i.e. Askari Information Systems to implement and support ERP software at
Gharibwal Cement in Pakistan for managing ERP Software Implementation,
Network Infrastructure, Change Management and ERP User Training from June 15,
2005 to July 5, 2006 (one year) at two locations i.e. GCL Head office located
in Lahore, Pakistan and the Factory located at a remote location in mountains
of Kallar Kahar about 200KMs away from Lahore near Islamabad Motorway with
more than 2,000 employees. The ERP modules included Finance, Inventory, Fixed
Assets, Purchase, Sales, HR & Payroll, and Production. A new organization
structure was suggested with over 10 Managers and 25 Users at Head Office,
while at Works Site, there were about 7 Managers and 30 Users who were fully
trained and brought about the Change Management necessitated by the ERP
